  • Patent number: 11927164
Abstract: A throttle body assembly for a combustion engine includes a throttle body having a pressure chamber including a supply of liquid fuel, and a throttle bore with an inlet through which air is received. A throttle valve is carried by the throttle body with a valve head movable relative to the throttle bore. A metering valve is coupled to the throttle body, and has a valve element that is movable between open and closed positions. A boost venturi is located in the throttle bore and has an inner passage that is open at both ends to the throttle bore. The boost venturi has an opening through which fuel flows into the inner passage when the valve element is in the open position, wherein fuel flows from the pressure chamber to the metering valve under the force of gravity or under a pressure of less than 6 psi.

  • Patent number: 7228281
Abstract: A method of accumulating and summarizing a number of customer interaction records pertaining to a specific customer records system (e.g., an ACD) over a predetermined time period commences with the receipt of interaction record including interaction information describing customer interaction. For example, the interaction information could indicate the hold time for a particular call received at the ACD. A cumulative record to which the interaction record contributes is then identified, and the cumulative record is then automatically updated to reflect predetermined interaction information contained within the interaction record. For example, a cumulative log of hold times for the particular ACD over a predetermined time interval may be updated with hold time information included within the interaction record.

  • Patent number: 6598078
Abstract: A method of constructing a record utilizing information contained in an information stream sent from a detection device that monitors a transaction processing system, to a reporting device, commences with the detection of an expiration of a predetermined time interval with respect to the detection device. A time delimiter is then inserted into the information stream propagated from the detection device to the reporting device. The time delimiter indicates the expiration of predetermined time interval with respect to the detection device. Information derived from the instruction stream is assimilated into a record at the reporting entity. Time delimiters in the instruction stream are utilized to measure, at the reporting device, the expiration of the predetermined time interval at the detection device.

  • Patent number: 4266434
Abstract: A power take-off mechanism which converts rotational motion to a variety of available rotating, reciprocating and/or oscillating motions. The device comprises a rocking frame within which is mounted a rotating shaft on which is mounted an unbalanced weight. One end of the shaft is connected through a constant velocity type joint to a power source and the opposite end of the shaft rotates within a restraining ring or area on the frame. The rotating unbalanced weight transmits force through the shaft to the rocking frame which is free to pivot or move rotationally about one axis and at the same time to reciprocate axially along the same axis. Power may be taken off from various points on the frame as either reciprocating motion, reciprocating motion with a cyclicly reversing twist, circular motion inscribed on a plane of rotation, or eliptical motion inscribed on a plane of rotation.
