    Abstract: A threaded fastener has opposite hand threads provided thereon for securing two components together, such as a companion flange and a flange yoke assembly that is used in a vehicular drive train system. The companion flange includes a hollow cylindrical sleeve portion and a disc-shaped flange portion having an aperture formed therethrough. The flange yoke includes a disc-shaped flange portion and a yoke portion having an aperture formed therethrough. The flange yoke aperture is aligned with the companion flange aperture. A threaded fastener extends through the companion flange aperture and the flange yoke aperture. The threaded fastener includes a first threaded portion having a first hand that is disposed within the companion flange aperture. The threaded fastener further includes a second threaded portion having a second hand that is disposed within the flange yoke aperture.

The invention includes a parent management company organized to manage general operations, provide a health care service, and provide an operational process. The parent management company organizes an association health component as a subsidiary of the association and trains the personnel of the association health component. The parent management company also provides the services of a wellness component, a risk management component, a financial services component, and a data management component. A managing general agent licenses the operational process and manages the operational process for the association health component. The association health component may franchise the health care service and the operational process to additional associations and association health components. The invention further provides access to the services through an Internet component.

    Abstract: A hair roller is described which is adapted to be expanded from a substantially flat configuration into an elongated, cylindrically shaped body which is substantially resistant to bending and buckling. The hair roller comprises first and second generally planar, flexible roller members which are hinge coupled for enabling resilient deflection of the members into a body having a generally cylindrically shaped configuration. A fastening means is provided for maintaining the body in the deflected, cylindrically shaped configuration.
