Abstract: Functional elements in a railway track are supported on structural elements supported on the ground. Electromagnetic circuitry on a railroad operates in conjunction with the functional elements to provide electromagnetic levitation and drive for the railroad. The functional elements are fabricated in relatively small sections, approximately six meters in length. The structural elements, which support the functional elements and the functional elements are fabricated separately and shipped separately to the site of the railway track where they are assembled together to form the support for the railroad.
