  • Publication number: 20240151417
Abstract: Systems/methods for intelligent commissioning of an HVAC system provide a control node and at least a first network node coupled to communicate with the control node, the first network node configured to retrieve via a user interface objects configured at the control node, configure at least a second network node using the retrieved objects, and report the configuration of the second network node at the control node. A user interface of a first network node can access the objects at the control node. The first network node can apply the accessed objects to configure a second network node using a commissioning tool. The commissioning tool can be activated specifically for certain authorized HVAC personas or roles. The first network node can report the configuring at the control node. The commissioning tool can be voice-enabled to allow a single user to configure the HVAC system via voice commands.

  • Publication number: 20240127367
Abstract: A crop prediction system performs various machine learning operations to predict crop production and to identify a set of farming operations that, if performed, optimize crop production. The crop prediction system uses crop prediction models trained using various machine learning operations based on geographic and agronomic information. Responsive to receiving a request from a grower, the crop prediction system can access information representation of a portion of land corresponding to the request, such as the location of the land and corresponding weather conditions and soil composition. The crop prediction system applies one or more crop prediction models to the access information to predict a crop production and identify an optimized set of farming operations for the grower to perform.

  • Publication number: 20240076017
Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method for determining the weight of an item on board a vessel operated in a dynamic multi-axis gravitational operating environment. The apparatus includes a load plate to support the items to be weighed. Load cells support the load plate to measure a raw instantaneous weight of the item. A load sensor receives the raw instantaneous weight. An inertial measurement unit (IMU) is configured to measure an acceleration in each of three axes and an attitude representing a rotational acceleration about each of the three axes. A processor is configured to receive the raw instantaneous weight of the item and determine a corrected weight based on the acceleration in each of the three axes and the attitude. A universal wiring harness for an onboard scale includes a processor, multiple load cells, and an IMU. The load plate and harness are integrated with a structure of the vessel.

  • Patent number: 11280805
Abstract: A robot accessory and/or device that provides a sample collector device, a sample storage device, and a work surface. Upon activation, the sample collector device performs a full cycle in which an actuator causes the movement (i.e., extension and then retraction) of an actuator arm that simultaneously causes the top link plate, the lance plunger, the plunger guide, and the plunger to likewise move, including the depression and/or compression and release of the pipette. During this full cycle, this single device is able to remotely collect solid, liquid and/or multiphase samples of potentially hazardous materials and reduces human exposure to this hazardous material and dangerous environment.

  • Patent number: 10677175
Abstract: One exemplary embodiment is a system comprising a dual-fuel engine structured to selectably combust a first fuel type and a second fuel type, and an electronic control system in operative communication with the dual-fuel engine. The electronic control system is structured to control a transition of the dual-fuel engine from a dual-fuel mode to a single-fuel mode. After initiating the transition from the dual-fuel mode to the single-fuel mode, the control system stops provision of the second fuel type, requires combustion using control parameters configured for the dual-fuel mode until a transition ventilation condition is satisfied, permits non-emergency commanded engine shutdown only if the transition ventilation condition is satisfied.
