Abstract: The invention is an ammonia-based piscicide compound, method of use and dispenser apparatus which enables eradication of invasive gill-breathing species in a bounded body of water and which prepares the area for subsequent repopulation by native species or other desirable species. The claimed compositions and method of use enable cost effective, large-scale eradication of gill-breathing aquatic species in water conveyance systems, bounded ponds and tributaries.
