  • Patent number: 7424851
Abstract: A multi-station screen printing apparatus includes a base member; a plurality of platens, each for supporting a substrate to be printed, the platens mounted radially in a rotatable manner about the base member; and a plurality of print heads mounted radially and non-rotatably about the base member above the platens. A first print head is mounted in a vertically pivotable manner and a second print head is mounted in a non-pivotable manner.

  • Patent number: 6022033
Abstract: A cart for maintaining items specifically used in the printing industry includes four upright support members disposed in pairs substantially parallel and spaced apart from one another to define the corners of a box shape having a rectangular plan view. Rectangular frame members are horizontally disposed, one spacedly above the other and connected at each one of the four respective corners to one of the four upright support members. A plurality of hanger brackets are connected to and depend from the rectangular frame members and are suitably sized and shaped to receive and retain, in a suspended, substantially vertical position accessories, tools and supplies commonly used in the printing industry.

  • Patent number: 5944896
Abstract: A device for adjustably supporting a print screen during application of emulsion includes an upright stand assembly which is adapted to permit vertical adjustment of the position of a print screen mounted on a screen frame support rack on the device. A screen frame support rack is rotatably connected to the stand assembly in such manner as to permit selective vertical rotation of the entire screen frame support rack by up to at least 180.degree. around a first axis, which first axis is substantially horizontal and extends radially, outwardly from longitudinal axis of the upright stand. The screen frame support rack is adapted to support the print screen in such a manner as to permit selective rotation of the print screen around a second axis of rotation to any angle up to at least 180.degree.

  • Patent number: 5438922
Abstract: A screen printing apparatus has simultaneously movable multiple print heads made movable by a single fluid cylinder. The apparatus also has multiple printing platens, and structure for indexing and simultaneously registering the multiple platens into printing position, as well as combined flood bar/squeegee ink applicators which are capable of simultaneously shifting of operational positions, and provide a high quality printed image on the goods printed thereby.

  • Patent number: 5324017
Abstract: A take-off device for gripping and releasing an article has a gripper heat capable of imparting a downward force to an article gripped thereof. The gripper head has a lower jaw and an upper jaw, the lower jaw being capable of moving linearly with respect to the longitudinal axis of the take-off device. The upper jaw is capable of pivotal movement below the line of linear movement of the lower jaw after the lower jaw has moved linearly to release the article gripped by the gripper head, whereby a downward force to an article gripped and released by the take-off device may be imparted.

  • Patent number: 4493254
Abstract: A screen printing machine has a carousel rotatable about a central support and carrying a circular arrangement of work-receiving tables. A framework interconnected with the central support carries corresponding screen printing units. Rotation of the carousel causes the work-receiving tables to come into registry with corresponding printing units for screen printing of work carried by the work-receiving tables. Each such unit includes a squeegee support frame pivotal relative to the framework for movement between raised and lowered positions. A screen frame is carried by the squeegee support frame. A squeegee and a scraper blade are supported by a carriage traveling over the squeegee support frame for reciprocal movement over the stencil frame for screen printing of work pieces carried by a corresponding work-receiving table. A cam carried by the framework includes first and second planar surfaces forming an angle <180.degree. between them.
