    Abstract: A method of effectively treating traumatic brain injury is described. The method comprises administering an effective amount of an anti-A? antibody to a living mammalian biosystem such as to a human. An antibody useful in such treating includes an antibody that therapeutically attenuates the toxic effects of the A? peptide in a living mammal in relation to traumatic brain injury.
