  • Publication number: 20240148362
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, methods, and apparatus, for coordinating scanners in an ultrasound cart. An ultrasound system can include an ultrasound cart having a scanner holder configured to hold ultrasound scanners, a display device configured to display a visual representation of the scanner holder, and at least one of the ultrasound scanners. The visual representation can be implemented to identify locations of the ultrasound scanners on the scanner holder. The ultrasound scanners can be configured to indicate, while being held in the scanner holder, that one ultrasound scanner of the ultrasound scanners is to be selected for an ultrasound examination. The ultrasound scanner can also be configured to implement a first ultrasound imaging mode when a display device is attached to the ultrasound cart, and a second ultrasound imaging mode and not the first ultrasound imaging mode when the display device is removed from the ultrasound cart.

  • Patent number: 7357700
Abstract: The invention is a riding floor polishing and grinding machine that uses one or more gangs of polishing heads (242) to treat concrete and similar surface flooring (208). A compact vehicle (210) equipped with a front loader arm (235) is fitted with a module (240) containing the gang(s) of polishing head. The vehicle (210) is capable of raising and rotating the module to easily change the pads attached to the polishing heads. Each polishing head is individually powered by a motor and floats over the floor surface. The pads attached to the polishing heads can be of many different types, preferably diamond-impregnated polishing pads. The invention enables operator to more quickly and efficiently remove material from a floor surface. The design also enables gangs of pads to be mounted with different grit ratings to perform different treatment operations using a single machine in a single pass over a floor surface.

  • Publication number: 20010044829
Abstract: A system and method for routing e-mail attachment files within a computer system are described. In one embodiment, the system ascertains the type of file for the attachment file based upon content of the attachment file. In addition, if the attachment file is not a text-based file type, the system routes the attachment file to an appropriate application program based upon the type of the attachment file. In one embodiment, the system launches the application program in response to the receipt of the attachment file. In an alternate embodiment, the system receives notice that an attachment file has been received, and sends the file to the appropriate application program in response to a trigger event.
