    Abstract: A noise-reducing respiratory device configured to improve or treat respiratory system-related disorders such as sleep apnea. The device includes a noise-reducing gas passage located inside a casing of the device, and is connected to the casing. The casing of the respiratory device also has at least one air intake and at least one air outlet. The air intake is configured to receive breathable gas into the chambers of the noise-reducing gas passage. The air outlet is configured on one side to communicate with an outlet of the blower, and on the other side, it connects to a breathing hose. Additionally, electronic components and a soundproofing material are provided between the noise-reducing gas passage and the casing of the device. Furthermore, there is no foam present where the internal gas flows through the respiratory device.

The resonant chamber serves as the primary noise-reducing structure within the gas passage device, configured to be a cavity formed by the interior space of the casing. The noise-reducing structure also includes a neck, configured to communicate the resonant chamber with the other chambers, facilitating the transmission of sound waves into the resonant chamber for energy conversion. By controlling the position of the resonant chamber and the parameters of both the resonant chamber and the neck, maximal noise reduction in the noise-reducing gas passage is achieved.

    Abstract: A blower with a gas pressurization system. The blower includes a blower housing with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, a brushless direct current motor including a rotor assembly, a stator assembly, at least one permanent magnet, and bearings, and an impeller positioned between the stator assembly and the gas inlet. The housing and the outer surface of the motor are configured to collectively form a gas passage that provides a helical gas flow. During operation, gas enters the gas passage of the blower through the gas inlet. The stator assembly drives the rotation of the rotor assembly, causing the rotor assembly to drive the impeller at high speed, thereby pressurizing the gas to a range of 2 cmH2O to 40 cmH2O. The pressurized gas then flows through the gas passage of the blower and is expelled through the gas outlet.

A total surface area, a specific surface area, and a porosity of at least one filter material in the filter are defined to increase the filter's recovery efficiency. Furthermore, the filter may also be detachable, in cooperation with a housing structure, enabling a user to inspect or replace the filter independently and thus prolonging the overall service life of the ozone disinfection device. In some embodiments, the ozone disinfection device also includes at least one sensor and an alarm system to achieve intelligent control and prevent potential hazards.

The grip portion and the extendable tubular body are detachably connected. This design is efficient and easy to carry and transport, suitable for emergency use in different scenarios.
