  • Publication number: 20260108382
Abstract: A mandibular advancement device with enhanced stability, including an upper tray assembly formed by an upper moldable component and an upper bracket, and a lower tray assembly formed by a lower moldable component and a lower bracket. The upper bracket and the lower bracket each extend a front wall from their front side edges near the labial side, while at least the lower bracket extends a rear wall along the median sagittal plane from the rear side edge near the lingual side. The stability is achieved by inclining the front wall of at least the upper bracket towards the lingual side. The rear wall of the lower bracket works in conjunction with the front wall to clamp the lower dental arch. Additionally, the stability feature includes a molar clamping section, further enhancing the overall stability of the mandibular advancement device.

  • Patent number: 12605518
Abstract: A gas passage for use in a PAP device configured to provide pressurized gas to a patient, including a passage casing with an air intake and an air outlet. The casing is configured to encompass and accommodate internal components and forms a chamber inside, where the chamber is configured to facilitate the flow and accumulation of gas. A blower is provided within the chamber to pressurize and output the gas. The internal components of the noise-reducing gas passage include noise reduction components configured to attenuate the noise of the gas entering the noise-reducing gas passage. These noise reduction components include a ventilation component, an intake pipe, and a flexible component at the air intake. Additionally, this disclosure specifies scientific and precise data requirements for the internal structure and positioning of the blower and noise-reducing components within the noise-reducing gas passage to achieve effective and excellent noise reduction.

  • Patent number: 12558507
Abstract: A respiratory mask configured to adapt and comfortably seal according to the facial features of different users. The respiratory mask includes a support chamber, a cushioning part, and a comfort layer. The support chamber has curved sidewalls and two circular openings of varying sizes. The cushioning part includes of an elastic body and a sponge body. The fixed side of the elastic body is connected to the support chamber. The sponge body has a curved side and a connecting side that connects to the elastic body. The first side of the comfort layer is configured to make partial contact with the user's face, while the second side of the comfort layer connects to the sponge body. Both the cushioning part and the comfort layer are configured to deform, collaboratively ensuring a tight seal around the user's face.

  • Publication number: 20260027313
Abstract: A noise-reducing air passage device and its components for use in ventilator systems, including a housing with at least one inlet, at least one outlet, an inner wall, and an outer wall. The space enclosed by the inner wall of the housing forms a gas passage including at least one chamber to provide a space for gas accumulation and flow. A blower, the core component to provide positive pressure gas to the device, is secured within one of the at least one chamber. The gas passage also includes a ventilation component to divide the gas and streamline turbulent airflow. The ventilation component is among the noise-reducing components, which also include a support component to provide support and damp vibrations for the blower and an inlet component provided at the inlet.

  • Publication number: 20260027310
Abstract: A ventilation component for use in an anti-snoring device. The venetilation component is provided within a noise-reducing air passage of a machine for the treatment of respiratory-related disorders such as a PAP machine. The internal structure of the ventilation component is formed by baffles arranged at certain intervals. When the ventilation component operates, the gas that enters its interior flows through the gaps between the baffles, where the gas is divided and streamlined to achieve noise reduction. The ventilation component can adopt various structural forms and combinations to reduce noise. It also has the flexibility to alter its shape and structure based on the form of the noise-reducing air passage.

  • Publication number: 20260027312
Abstract: A noise-reducing gas passage device with a resonant chamber, including a casing with an air intake and air outlet, which forms the resonant chamber and other chambers other than the resonant chamber. The other chambers may consist of a single chamber or multiple chambers. The other chambers including multiple chambers have a first chamber and a second chamber. The resonant chamber serves as the primary noise-reducing structure within the gas passage device, configured to be a cavity formed by the interior space of the casing. The noise-reducing structure also includes a neck, configured to communicate the resonant chamber with the other chambers, facilitating the transmission of sound waves into the resonant chamber for energy conversion. By controlling the position of the resonant chamber and the parameters of both the resonant chamber and the neck, maximal noise reduction in the noise-reducing gas passage is achieved.
