Abstract: A user friendly interactive electronic on-line retail communications system and process for use in on-line retail shopping, can provide a computer system with at least one display and inputting device operatively connected by hard wires or a wireless internet connection to a central processing unit (CPU) for interaction between a virtual store and a customer. The attractive on-line retail communications process provides for enjoyable on-line retail shopping by generating an interactive avatar to assist the customer in selecting virtual products. Advantageously, the avatar is an advice avatar or a female or male interactive shopping avatar that provides a virtual salesperson. The avatar can provide visual and/or audible information about the virtual products. Desirably, a customer-like avatar with an appearance similar to the customer can be also be provided for wearing or using the virtual products.
