    Abstract: A portable gift-wrap cutting and holding system that uses a lockable rotating holder with a plurality of removable rods on which rolls of gift-wrap are held. A magnetic hold down bar is provided to hold the paper after it is unrolled and ready to be cut. A filament, such as a nylon string, is provided to safely cut the paper; or a groove is provided if the user prefers a scissors or blade.
