Disclosed is a 3D motion tracking method that allows a user to perform a control movement and so generating a tunnel of motion. Using the tunnel of motion a user can repeat the motion but limiting the movement within the boundaries of the tunnel. The disclosed motion analysis system and methods can be used in medical rehabilitation, sport, science, gaming, robotics, cinema or force feedback applications.
