Abstract: Cell culture and/or seeding device (10) comprising: at least one culture chamber having at least one transparent optical window (11), at least one fluid inlet (12) and at least one fluid outlet (13) communicating with the culture chamber, at least one three-dimensional culture scaffold (20) arranged in the culture chamber, having surfaces (21, 22) spaced out along an axis (X) of the culture scaffold, the culture scaffold being arranged in the culture chamber in such a way as to be traversed from one surface to the other by the flow circulating between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet, and in such a way that one of the surfaces thereof, preferably the fluid inlet face, is situated at least partially facing the optical window (11).

Abstract: A process for manufacturing a three-dimensional article from a pulverulent substrate including at least a main substrate and at least an energy transferring vector, the process using at least one high energy source of a determined wavelength for melting the pulverulent substrate. The three-dimensional article manufactured from the process and the layer manufacturing system are also described.
