Abstract: A technique provides a field service tool (FST) that allows customers to view and store engine performance data, including faults, in a convenient manner. The technique allows customers to gain insights into performance anomalies while preventing customers from changing engine parameters except for a limited set of parameters selected to avoid the need for service visits while having no effect on safety or compliance.
