  • Patent number: 11601324
Abstract: An application executing on a mobile computing platform provides independent data channels over a mobile network to multiple separate computing systems that each maintain some data pertinent to problem determination and resolution when an incident arises in a monitored information technology (IT) environment. The application maintains and separately exercises the channels to provide timely information in a user interface that composites data to present a single interface with a multi-sourced contextual rendering. Some systems may include an IT monitoring system and a separate incident management system among its sources. Channels may include extended functionality to improve security or other aspects of communication with mobile platforms.

  • Publication number: 20200056387
Abstract: A line guide (1) having: a body (3) having a base (5), and a pair of opposing sides (7,9); a pair of jaws (39,41), extending below the base (5), on opposite sides (7,9) of the body (3), wherein the jaws (39,41) have a closed position in which the jaws (39,41) have a first spacing, and an open position in which the jaws (39,41) have a second spacing, wider than the first spacing; means for indexing the jaws (39,41) between the open and closed positions; means for adjusting the first spacing; and a channel (19) extending parallel to the sides (7,9) of the body (3) and arranged to receive a line, and to hold the line above the base (5) of the body (3).

  • Patent number: 8695637
Abstract: Embodiments of a gate valve equalization system comprise: a gate valve; a gate; a preloading valve arrangement; a floating coupler assembly; a relief valve arrangement; and a means for control. The preloading valve arrangement permits fluid to enter the valve body from the upstream side of the gate. The means for control serves as a control interface allowing engagement of the floating coupler assembly and opening/closing of the gate valve. Engagement of the floating coupler, engages the assembly relief valve arrangement and allows redistribution of fluid pressure and circulation of fluid from one side of the gate to opposing side of the gate within the gate valve.

  • Publication number: 20140007966
Abstract: A preloading gate valve system is defined by preloading valve assembly integrated into a gate valve. The preloading gate valve system comprises: a gate valve; a gate; a preloading valve arrangement; and a means for control. The gate valve has an upstream cavity and a downstream cavity, and a gate disposed within the gate valve, wherein the gate is movable between open and closed position of the gate valve. The preloading valve arrangement defines an at least one preloading cavity and an at least one preloading valve. The at least one preloading cavity permits fluid to enter the gate valve through the at least one preloading cavity, through the at least one preloading valve, and into the gate valve. The means for control serves as a control interface allowing opening/closing of the gate.

  • Patent number: 5930872
Abstract: A device is provided for mounting and deploying a shrinkable clamp for hose and tubing. The device includes an annular housing in the form of a partial cylinder having a first diameter and longitudinal opening defined along its length by first and second circumferentially spaced longitudinal side edges. A first extension member projects circumferentially from the first side edge into the longitudinal opening, while a second extension member projects circumferentially from the second side edge into the longitudinal opening and is aligned adjacent to the first extension member to define therewith along with the partial cylinder a circumferential outer surface for the housing. A locking mechanism interacts with the first and second extension members for maintaining the relative positions of the first and second extension members and the size of the first diameter when the housing is subjected to a radially compressive force.
