Abstract: Described herein are methods for depleting library fragments prepared from off-target RNA sequences. Libraries enriched or depleted with the present methods may be used for sequencing. Also described are probes and methods for depletion or supplementing depletion of off-target RNA from human and non-human samples.

Abstract: A line guide (1) having: a body (3) having a base (5), and a pair of opposing sides (7,9); a pair of jaws (39,41), extending below the base (5), on opposite sides (7,9) of the body (3), wherein the jaws (39,41) have a closed position in which the jaws (39,41) have a first spacing, and an open position in which the jaws (39,41) have a second spacing, wider than the first spacing; means for indexing the jaws (39,41) between the open and closed positions; means for adjusting the first spacing; and a channel (19) extending parallel to the sides (7,9) of the body (3) and arranged to receive a line, and to hold the line above the base (5) of the body (3).

The network includes a profile server to manage fashion analytics data for a plurality of consumers and a plurality of concierge profiles, a first computing device having a consumer application to generate a consumer fashion profile and communicate fashion analytics data associated with the consumer fashion profile with the profile server and a second computing device having a concierge application to generate a first concierge profile and communicate the first concierge profile and the fashion analytics data with the profile server.

Abstract: A device is provided for mounting and deploying a shrinkable clamp for hose and tubing. The device includes an annular housing in the form of a partial cylinder having a first diameter and longitudinal opening defined along its length by first and second circumferentially spaced longitudinal side edges. A first extension member projects circumferentially from the first side edge into the longitudinal opening, while a second extension member projects circumferentially from the second side edge into the longitudinal opening and is aligned adjacent to the first extension member to define therewith along with the partial cylinder a circumferential outer surface for the housing. A locking mechanism interacts with the first and second extension members for maintaining the relative positions of the first and second extension members and the size of the first diameter when the housing is subjected to a radially compressive force.
