  • Publication number: 20220121761
Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method for better managing internal access by sales agents to electronic contact records by limiting access to records already associated with other agents. A request for access is received and a search is performed. If the record does not exist, the agent is allowed to create it. If the record exists and there is no associated agent or if the requesting agent is the associated agent, the agent is allowed to access it. If the record exists and is associated with another agent, the requesting agent is required to enter an identifying piece of information about the contact, the entered information is matched with the correct information stored in the database, and if they match, the agent is allowed to access to the record. A limit may be set on the time during which the agent is allowed to access the record before renewing the request.

  • Patent number: 9764938
Abstract: The subject of the present invention is a liquid dispenser intended for vehicles and a method implemented during the operation of such a liquid dispenser. The liquid dispenser for a vehicle includes a liquid dispensing circuit (2) connected at one end to a liquid reservoir and at the other end to a flexible hose (3) connected to a gun (4) for dispensing the liquid from a reservoir of the vehicle, the flexible hose (3) having two substantially coaxial ducts (5, 6) including a first duct (5) for transferring the liquid from the liquid dispensing circuit (2) to the gun (4) during the delivery of the liquid from the reservoir of the vehicle, and a second duct (6) extending along the first duct (5). The liquid dispenser includes a heating system (7) intended to generate a flow of hot air through the second duct (6) of the flexible hose (3) so as to heat the liquid inside the first duct (5) of the flexible hose (3).

  • Publication number: 20060017554
Abstract: A tire monitor system employs a single RF detector mounted on the vehicle. The tire monitor system also includes a control unit and a receiver. The single RF detector is positioned to be proximate a front axle or a rear axle. The RF detector also may be positioned off-center. The control unit distinguishes front tire monitors from rear tire monitors by comparing a number of RF transmissions received by each tire monitor. The control unit also may distinguish between left tire monitors and right tire monitors by comparing the number of RF transmissions received by each tire monitor. In other embodiment, the tire monitor system may further use a received signal strength and/or acceleration signals to determine position information of the tire monitors.

  • Patent number: 5053065
Abstract: Low profile blower and filter apparatus for supplying clean air to selected environments is configured wherein a relatively low powered blower unit employing a backward curved impeller is utilized for a selected unit of volume. The number of blower units employing the backward curved impeller within the given module is determined as a function of the number of selected units of volume in the blower and filter module configured. Each blower unit employing a backward curved impeller produces a radial air flow which pressurizes a plenum formed within the module configuration in a substantially uniform manner enabling a substantially laminar flow through a filter disposed perpendicularly to the direction of the air flow from the backward curved impeller without use of baffles. Since the blower units selected are relatively small and no baffle structure need be employed, the height dimension of the resulting unit is markedly reduced to obtain a low profile module.
