Publication number: 20260154255Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein provide for updating data in a database directly from a visualization tool. A visualization application runs on a client device and displays a writeback user interface panel that includes a data visualization of a dataset retrieved from a remote database and is configured according to a stored writeback configuration. The application detects a user selection of editable data elements within the data visualization, with the data elements representing multiple rows in the database, causing the writeback user interface panel to be pre-populated with current values retrieved from the database using custom logic. The writeback user interface panel then receives updated data for the selected data elements, and the visualization application generates a secure token for authenticating an update request.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 23, 2026Publication date: June 4, 2026Applicant: KPMG International Services LtdInventors: Yoga Jaideep Darapuneni, David McManus, Jayakumar Pankajatchan

Patent number: 12618296Abstract: A coupling device is installable to a connector of a hydrocarbon well tubing string to prevent a downhole loss of a portion of the tubing string upon an unintended decoupling of the connector. The connector may include an uphole component and a downhole component with a joint therebetween. The coupling device may at least partially encircle the connector while spanning the joint. A first flange can protrude radially inwardly from the coupling device to engage a groove in the downhole component and a second flange may protrude radially inwardly from the coupling device to extend into a recess in the uphole component. The coupling device limits the downhole movement of the downhole component of the connector and the portion of the tubing string coupled thereto upon an unintended decoupling of the connector by way of a restricted axial movement of the second flange within the recess in the uphole component.Type: GrantFiled: April 7, 2025Date of Patent: May 5, 2026Assignee: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.Inventors: David McManus, Daniel Steven McWherter, Ankit Kansagra, Neudis Enrique Sáez, Grant Walker Buchman, Joshua Wayne Webster

Patent number: 12619601Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein provide for updating data in a database directly from a visualization tool. A client device runs a visualization application that displays a writeback panel that includes one or more data fields to be changed in the database for a specified database column. The visualization application transmits the updated data to a processing application programming interface (API) on a server communicatively coupled to the client device, which updates the database with the updated data for the specified database column and responds with a success or failure message that reflects the update status.Type: GrantFiled: August 13, 2024Date of Patent: May 5, 2026Inventors: Yoga Jaideep Darapuneni, David McManus, Jayakumar Pankajatchan
