Publication number: 20240386315Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for a transformer model for journey simulation and prediction. In embodiments described herein, training data is obtained from stored journeys. The training data for each journey indicates customer interactions with each event in the sequence of events of the journey. A machine learning model is trained using the training data to simulate customer interaction with an input journey. The trained machine learning model then generates a simulation of customer interaction with an input journey and the results of the simulation are displayed.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 16, 2023Publication date: November 21, 2024Inventors: Thomas BOUCHER, Tanay ANAND, Stephane LECERCLE, Saurabh GARG, Pranjal PRASOON, Nikaash PURI, Mukul LAMBA, Milan AGGARWAL, Jayakumar SUBRAMANIAN, Francoise CORVAISIER, David MENDEZ ACUNA, Camel AISSANI, Balaji KRISHNAMURTHY

Publication number: 20220396862Abstract: A method for setting the production schedule of a multiplicity of galvanized coils of metallic strip on a continuous galvanizing line is provided, the method including the steps of evaluating, for each possible combination of two uncoated coils, the impact of the transition from the first uncoated coil to the second uncoated coil on the quality of the galvanized coils, allocating to each possible combination of uncoated coils a weighting factor which depends on the results of the previous step and which takes into account the line constraints, computing the results of the previous step by calculating, for a number of possible schedules of the multiplicity of uncoated coils, a score which depends on the sum of the weighting factors attributed to the combinations of uncoated coils involved in the given schedule and by selecting the schedule with the optimal score.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 6, 2020Publication date: December 15, 2022Inventors: Diego DIAZ FIDALGO, Silvino FERNANDEZ ALZUETA, Segundo ALVAREZ GARCIA, David MENDEZ HERES

Patent number: 10151445Abstract: A light assembly is configured to provide a uniform light pattern onto a target, and may include a housing, a light source retained within the housing, wherein the light source is configured to generate a generated light beam, and a light homogenizer retained with the housing and disposed within a light path downstream from the light source. The light homogenizer includes a main body having an input end and an output end, and is configured to receive the generated light beam at the input end. The light homogenizer is configured to homogenize the generated light beam and output homogenized light at the output end. A focusing lens may be moveably retained with the housing and disposed within the light path downstream from the light homogenizer. The focusing lens is configured to focus the homogenized light onto the target.Type: GrantFiled: March 10, 2014Date of Patent: December 11, 2018Assignee: The Boeing CompanyInventors: Douglas R. Patent number: 9253895Abstract: An electrical assembly includes a first lead, a second lead, and an electrical component extending from a first end to a second end. A first non-electrically conductive adhesive member mechanically connects the first lead to the first end of the electrical component. A second non-electrically conductive adhesive member mechanically connects the second lead to the second end of the electrical component. A first electrically conductive adhesive member electrically connects the first lead to the first end of the electrical component. A second electrically conductive adhesive member electrically connects the second lead to the second end of the electrical component.Type: GrantFiled: January 14, 2014Date of Patent: February 2, 2016Assignee: Tyco Electronics CorporationInventors: Matthew Sypolt, Vince Reydams, Dennis Perzacki, Peter P. Patent number: 6191547Abstract: The focus angle of a search light mounted on a helicopter or other platform is narrowed or widened by rotating a bidirectional focus control cam in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction as selected by a manually operated three-position control switch which determines the rotational direction of a DC motor driving the bidirectional focus control cam. The DC motor has first and second terminals which are selectively connected to either a DC power source or ground by a double-pole, single throw dual relay which reverses the polarity and thus the direction of rotation of the DC motor. The dual relay is connected by the same single wire interface currently in use to the manually operated control switch, which manually operated control switch is within a control box located in the helicopter.Type: GrantFiled: February 8, 2000Date of Patent: February 20, 2001Assignee: Hughes Electronics CorporationInventors: Kenneth J.
