The opaque outer cover includes an open top, an open bottom, a sidewall, and an outer cover attaching mechanism disposed on an interior surface of the sidewall. The opaque outer cover is dimensioned and configured to be assembled with the transparent inner cap via the corresponding attaching mechanisms to form an assembled two-piece closure with the opaque outer cover substantially covering the sidewall of the transparent inner cap. The liner is operable to be inserted into the two-piece closure such that the liner is visible through the open top of the opaque outer cover and the top wall of the transparent inner cap.
