Abstract: An easy accessible hand gun case body, including an lower housing that is hinged to a upper housing, with a hand gun retained via a slide retention channel, that when in the closed position, prevents the handgun from being accessed or removed from the slide retention channel. When the lock assembly is unlocked, the preloaded hinge assembly rotates the upper and lower housings away from each other, uncovering the slide retention channel and allowing fluid, quick and easy access to the pistol grip of the hand gun, providing a unobstructed path for the hand gun to be draw, or deployed from the slide retention channel.
