The location management dashboard module can include a graphical mapping module configured to display one or more groups of tracking devices. A first tracking device can be associated with the user and a second tracking device can be associated with a vehicle that the user is capable of monitoring. In several embodiments, the system enables the user to know the locations of vehicles in the user's area and enables the user to monitor a vehicle's location as the vehicle approaches the user.
