  • Patent number: 11944768
Abstract: A method of using a catheter assembly for inserting in a fluid filled space in a body includes providing a main body having a first end portion and a second end portion. The first end portion is positioned within the fluid filled space. The second end portion is adjusted to extend outwardly from the fluid filled space when the first end portion is positioned within the fluid filled space. A catheter tip is connected to the second end portion of the main body. The catheter tip includes a housing having a cavity defined therein and a rotating element positioned within the fluid filled space. The rotating element is rotated within the cavity of the housing to impart movement of the first end portion of the main body within the fluid filled space.

  • Publication number: 20240104394
Abstract: Provided are computing systems, methods, and platforms that automatically produce production-ready machine learning models and deployment pipelines from minimal input information such as a raw training dataset. In particular, one example computing system can import a training dataset associated with a user. The computing system can execute an origination machine learning pipeline to perform a model architecture search that selects and trains a machine learning model for the training dataset. Execution of the origination machine learning pipeline can also result in generation of a deployment machine learning pipeline configured to enable deployment of the machine learning model (e.g., running the machine learning model to produce inferences and/or optionally other tasks such as re-training and/or re-tuning the model).

  • Publication number: 20240022581
Abstract: A method and system for securing an online client-server session between a client device and a server device by application of at least a countermeasure, comprising the server device collecting client behavior pattern during the online session, the server device marking the online session as an affected session according to a pre-agreed client-server protocol, independently of any server-client contact, the client device requesting a client-initiated countermeasure according to the pre-agreed client-server protocol, the server device responding with an indication of a particular countermeasure to be carried out by the client device, the client device carrying out the indicated particular countermeasure and sending to the server device a reaction to the countermeasure, and the server device verifying the client reaction to the countermeasure, and if verified, marking the online session as non-affected.

  • Publication number: 20230133390
Abstract: Systems and methods for optimizing base pricing of products within a physical retailer are provided. Such systems and methods include first collecting transaction logs for products in a set of physical retail spaces. These logs are validated, adjusted and elasticities between the products are computed. The adjustment may be responsive to the day, by retailer and by a host of external factors (e.g., weather). The adjustment may also include a normalization and filtering out of inaccurate log data. Elasticity is calculated by machine learning models. A set of constraints are then received and used, along with the elasticities to compute the optimal prices for deployment in retailers for further testing.

  • Publication number: 20230133293
Abstract: A control circuit is provided for a field-effect transistor with a floating source node. The control circuit includes: a charge storage device electrically connected between a gate of the field-effect transistor and a DC power supply; a gate control circuit electrically connected between the charge storage device and the gate of the field-effect transistor; and a charge control circuit electrically connected between the DC power supply and the charge storage device. The gate control circuit is configured to receive a gate control signal and operates to turn on the field-effect transistor during on time of the gate control signal and turn off the field-effect transistor during off time of the gate control signal. The charge control circuit is also configured to receive the gate control signal and operates to charge the charge storage device with power from the DC power supply during off time of the gate control signal.

  • Publication number: 20220245668
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for generating intelligent offers with base prices are provided. In one embodiment, a promotion generator receives a current product base price, and also receives or calculates a remaining promotional program budget, a remaining promotional program duration, and a minimum discounted price for the product using the current product base price and any available previous base price data for the promoted product, creating or updating a predictive model of future product base prices.

  • Publication number: 20220237643
Abstract: Systems and methods for the efficient generation and testing of promotions within a load to card environment are provided. A load-to-card abstraction layer collects store, user and offer data. The test promotions are then generated to span a design space of an offer. The user base is segmented and the test promotions are applied. The promotions include an offer, and the ability to load the offer for later redemption (load-to-card). Redemption and load rates are measured, and can be used individually, or in combination, to gauge consumer engagement with the promotion. Promotions with low consumer engagement may be discontinued, until only optimally performing promotions are remaining.

  • Patent number: 11068929
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for conducting test promotions in a highly scalable and cost-effective manner using controlled experiment methodology are disclosed. Test promotions of interest are presented to visitors of a website in a controlled experiment manner wherein each page presents one test promotion of interest among other promotions. The other promotions presented in the same page are kept constant in the pages. The visitors' responses with respect to the test promotions of interest are then recorded and analyzed to determine the performance of each presented test promotion of interest.

  • Patent number: 10789609
Abstract: Systems and methods for automated profile to promotion matching are provided. A plurality of segment variable value pairs that define a plurality of possible segments for a population of consumers are first identified, as are a plurality of promotion variable value pairs of a promotional design space. The variable value pairs are assembled into a plurality of test promotions by different permutations. The test promotions are administered, and results are collected. Trends between specific segment variable value pairs and promotion variable value pairs that result in statistically relevant shifts in the obtained responses are identified and used to define segments. The defined segments are then matched to promotion types (collected from a promotion repository) based upon likelihood of a positive result. The matches are then classified by a behavioral economic classification, which then may be outputted to a marketer to provide insights into consumer motivations.

  • Patent number: 10706438
Abstract: Systems and methods for the generation of a promotional design matrix with recommendation overlay are provided. A product, discount, quantity and offer structure selection are received from a user, or are imputed based upon previous offers. Variants for the discount vale and quantity are generated by incrementing these values. The quantity and its variants are each assigned to a column of a design matrix, while the discount and variants are assigned to the design matrix rows. At each intersection of a row and column of the design matrix a plurality of offer structures based upon the offer structure selection is generated. The system applies recommendation logic to flag offers that are most likely to be successful based upon their performance, feasibility and diversity. This flagging may include placing an icon, such as a star, next to the recommended offers.
