  • Publication number: 20110145044
Abstract: Systems and methods for managing a promotional campaign are provided. In one embodiment, a promotional campaign engine communicates in real-time with a participant's mobile computing device, receives an electronic campaign entry from the mobile computing device, and based on a rule set, generates a virtual value item in an established stored value system based on the rule set.

  • Publication number: 20100082487
Abstract: A method for using a virtual card is provided. In one example, the method includes identifying a geographic identifier for a mobile computing device and matching the geographic identifier with at least one virtual card associated with the mobile computing device. The method further includes triggering at least one virtual card feature based on a matched geographic identifier. In some examples, the at least one virtual card feature includes presenting the at least one virtual card with the matched geographic identifier. In other examples, the at least one virtual card feature includes a security feature including selectively enabling a virtual card transaction based on the at least one virtual card with the matched geographic identifier.

  • Publication number: 20100076833
Abstract: A virtual card engine stored on memory executable via at least one processor for managing two or more virtual cards is provided. The virtual card engine including a value modification module configured to modify value data corresponding to at least a first virtual card based on user input, send a request to an associated card service provider to modify value data in a corresponding provider-side associative card profile, and present the first virtual card on a display of a mobile computing device to initiate a virtual card transaction between the virtual card engine and the card service provider.

  • Publication number: 20100063906
Abstract: A virtual card management system including one or more servers having memory executable via a processor is provided. The virtual card management system including a virtual card manager executable on the one or more servers having an integration connector engine configured to communicatively link at least one card service provider and the virtual card manager. The virtual card management system may further include a virtual card management platform configured to communicatively link the virtual card manager with at least one virtual card engine, each virtual card engine including one or more virtual cards, the virtual card management platform including an enablement module configured to selectively enable a virtual card transaction between at least one virtual card and a corresponding card service provider based on a set of predetermined authentication rules.

  • Publication number: 20090055296
Abstract: Systems and methods for electronic delivery of stored value are provided. An example method includes receiving a set of identifiers corresponding to a merchant's stored value tracking system, receiving a request for an electronic value card, associating an identifier from the set of identifiers with the electronic value card, synchronizing the merchant's stored value tracking system with the issued electronic value card, and delivering the electronic value card to a customer. An example system includes a merchant stored value tracking system having a set of unique identifiers, a network communicatively linked with a merchant stored value tracking system; and a value card manager communicatively linked with the network.

  • Publication number: 20020116517
Abstract: A multi-media content playback system capable of autonomous operation in a virtual program format includes a memory store providing for the storage of a plurality of digital content, a player interface supporting the transfer of a digital content stream to a content player and for receiving user input, and a content control system coupled between the memory store and the player interface. The content control system includes a network proxy that is coupleable through a network to a content server and a control file server and a program control system that is responsive to the programmatic evaluation of a control file. Based on the autonomous evaluation of a control file, digital content is selectively transferred from the content server to the memory store. The control file further defines a dynamic program order for selectively streaming the plurality of digital content from the last-element cache through the player interface as the digital content stream.
