  • Patent number: 12586966
Abstract: An electrical cable splicing device is a splicing system with integrated junction box for use with electrical power cabling. The device utilizes an overall body in the shape of a tee (T). Each distal edge of the tee is provided with a threaded coupling. The body is provided with internal busses that connect the three different connections (hot, neutral, and ground). The device also utilizes three connection fittings that attach to the three sections of cable. Each fitting is provided with three copper screw lugs that tighten onto each wire in each cable. Finally, the three connected fittings are attached into the tee body and tightened down with an exterior nut and a rubber boot and strain relief. During the tightening process, a solid connection is made to the internal busses, thus completing the connection.

  • Publication number: 20210369880
Abstract: An assembly 10 for dispensing sanitiser fluid. The assembly 10 includes a post 12 having opposed ends 14, 16, a pedal 18 pivotally securable adjacent one of the ends 16 of the post 12, a platform 20 dimensioned to be received within the post 12, the platform 20 configured to support a reservoir containing the sanitiser fluid, an elongate member 22 dimensioned to extend between the pedal 18 and the platform 20 such that pivoting the pedal 18 moves the elongate member 22 to cause the platform 20 to be displaced along the post 12, a stop 24 securable to the post 12 to be operatively above the platform 20 such that, in use, the reservoir is urged against the stop 24 when the platform 20 is displaced to cause sanitiser fluid to be dispensed from the reservoir, and an open-topped receptacle 26 defining an internal space 28, the receptacle 26 securable to the post 12 to be operatively below the stop 24 to allow collecting dispensed fluid in the internal space 28.

  • Publication number: 20150294243
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for propagating a system level utilization goal to individual system elements. For example, a utilization goal such as a load factor goal for a group of airline flights in a given market segment and time period may be propagated to each flight in the group. When propagating a load factor goal to a group of airline flights, a goal value, historical load factors, and a capacity of each flight in the group may be used to determine a load factor target for each flight in the flight group. The propagated load factor targets are expected to be realizable by each flight in the flight group and, in the aggregate, satisfy the system level goal.

  • Publication number: 20070238729
Abstract: The invention relates to the use of compounds of formula (I) and isomers, salts, solvates, chemically protected forms, and prodrugs thereof, in the preparation of a medicament for inhibiting the activity of DNA-PK, wherein R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, an optionally substituted C1-7 alkyl group, C3-20 heterocyclyl group, or C5-20 aryl group, or may together form, along with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring having from 4 to 8 ring atoms; X and Y are selected from CR4 and O, O and CR?4 and NR?4 and N, where the unsaturation is in the appropriate place in the ring, and where one of R3 and R4 or R?4 is an optionally substituted C3-20 heteroaryl or C5-20 aryl group, and the other of R3 and R4 or R?4 is H, or R3 and R4 or R?4 together are -A-B—, which collectively represent a fused optionally substituted aromatic ring. The compounds also selectively inhibit the activity of DNA-PK compared to PI 3-kinase and/or ATM.
