Abstract: Systems and methods for assigning voice communication channels used by a crew of employees using communication devices are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: electronically store information, wherein the information represents associations of individual voice communication channels with one or more communication groups; receive user input that identifies employees, automatically determine sets of communication channel assignments per communication device, between communication channels and subsets of communication groups; configure communication devices according to the determined assignments; and facilitate packet-based communication, using the communication channels, between the communication devices.

Abstract: A water tight molding for sealing and protecting a joint formed by the intersection of two surfaces. An underlying molding piece spans the joint and is adhesively attached to the two surfaces in a water tight manner. An outer molding piece is held in spaced relation to the underlying piece by spaced apart connecting members. The outer molding piece prevents water from directly acting on the joint. The underlying molding piece directs water draining from one surface away from the joint downwardly to the other surface.
