  • Patent number: 11792881
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for a user equipment (UE) to perform frequency offset (FO) delta tracking. For an anchor component carrier (CC), the UE wakes up to perform tracking updates on a plurality of successive DRX cycles. For the non-anchor CC, the UE determines a minimum update interval ?tupd, and schedules wake-ups on a first subset of the plurality of successive DRX cycles based on the minimum update interval ?tupd. For the first subset of the plurality of successive DRX cycles with scheduled wake-ups, the UE performs the tracking updates on the non-anchor CC and updates an FO delta between the anchor CC and the non-anchor CC. For a second subset of the plurality of successive DRX cycles without the scheduled wake-ups on the non-anchor CC, the UE applies the FO delta to correct for a frequency error.

  • Publication number: 20180042506
Abstract: A medical lead for implantation includes an electrode assembly having a plurality of electrodes. Each of the plurality of electrodes include a plurality of electrode segments. Each electrode segment has a flexible conductor directly coupled to it. A strut is coupled within each of the plurality of electrodes such that each of the flexible conductors coupled to the plurality of electrode segments are supported between the strut and each of the plurality of electrodes by the strut. An insulator fills gaps between the plurality of electrodes, the strut and the flexible conductors.

  • Patent number: 5619198
Abstract: A number format conversion apparatus for signal processing has as inputs an exponent value and a mantissa value, the exponent and mantissa values representing a numerical value for a signal sample. An operator inputs an exponent max/min range and an offset, depending upon what conversion is desired. An output exponent is derived from the input exponent as a function of the maximum and minimum exponent values and the exponent offset. A shift value is derived from an unclipped output exponent and the minimum exponent value. The shift value is applied to a barrel shifter to shift the mantissa value to produce an output mantissa. The output exponent and mantissa form a floating point output number for the signal sample when a floating point output is selected, and the mantissa forms a fixed point output number for the signal sample when a fixed point output is selected.
