Abstract: An electric driven hydraulic fracking system is disclosed. A pump configuration that includes the single VFD, the single shaft electric motor, and the single hydraulic pump that is mounted on the single pump trailer. A pump configuration includes a single VFD configuration, the single shaft electric motor, and the single shaft hydraulic pump mounted on the single pump trailer. The single VFD configuration converts the electric power at the power generation voltage level distributed from the power distribution trailer to a VFD voltage level and drives the single shaft electric motor to control the operation of the single shaft electric motor and the single hydraulic pump. The VFD voltage level is a voltage level that is required to drive the single shaft electric motor. The VFD configuration also controls operation of the auxiliary systems based on the electric power at the auxiliary voltage level.

  • Patent number: 10757532
Abstract: There is disclosed herein a non-volatile machine-readable medium storing a program, a system and method for enabling proximity-based, peer-to-peer sharing of media in which a first device having a wireless communication surrounding the device detects other wireless devices within the region. Communication connections are formed between the wireless devices and a list of the authenticated connections is maintained. Without input from a user, media is shared between the individual devices on the authenticated connections list and a remote server, subject to permissions pre-set by the individual devices. Devices not included in the list of authenticated connections are blocked from accessing the media. Access to the media is available for a period of time, after which time access to the media is blocked for all devices.

  • Patent number: 10751830
Abstract: A welding electrode is disclosed that includes an electrode welding shell and a blind adapter that are joined together to cooperatively define an internal cavity. The electrode welding shell and the blind adapter may be integrally formed or they may be distinct components that are attached together. The presence of the internal cavity defined by the electrode welding shell and the blind adapter reduces the thermal mass of the welding electrode and slows the rate of conductive heat transfer from the weld face to a cooling fluid, which allows in the center of the weld face to retain heat for a longer duration once current flow through the welding electrode is terminated, thereby positively affecting the spot welding process for particular types of workpiece stack-ups including those that include an aluminum workpiece and an overlapping adjacent steel workpiece.
