An edge piping adjacent the flexible cover and the frame at an outside or inside the edges and features of the holder secure the two thereto. A funnel like design secures a cell phone above a cavity at the bottom of the holder, the cavity able to receive headphones, coins, tokens, jewelry, keys, wallets and purses.
