Patent number: 12534815Abstract: Solution production devices, systems, and methods. The system includes a base portion configured to receive a vessel containing a liquid. Upon the base portion receiving the vessel, liquid is transferred from the vessel and into the base portion where it undergoes an electrochemical reaction to produce a cleaning solution. The cleaning solution is then circulated back into the vessel.Type: GrantFiled: May 22, 2020Date of Patent: January 27, 2026Assignee: HCI Cleaning Products LLCInventors: Stanley Marcinkowski, David Owens, David Bryant Snaith, Boqing Wang, Atsushi Shikanai

Patent number: 12391464Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a convertible, collapsible and reusable shipping crate. The crate is convertible in that the same base can used with extendable gates or fixed gates to ship equipment of differing heights, lengths, and wheel bases. At least one end of the crate may operate as a gate on a hinge for the loading and unloading of motorized vehicles. The hinge is comprised of a slotted plate on each side to lock the gates into place for loading and to raise the gates upright once loading is completed. The slotted plate positions the gates in an upright, locked position to carry all the weight on the upright beams of the gate, rather than the hinges, thereby allowing multiple crates to be stacked. The slotted plates also allow each of the two gates to collapse inward and flat on the base for stacking during return.Type: GrantFiled: January 27, 2022Date of Patent: August 19, 2025Assignee: Wright Metal Products Crates, LLCInventors: Michael Widick, Clyde Edwards, David Owens

Patent number: 12177089Abstract: An information technology (IT) network includes configuration items (CIs) that may constantly change, where the CIs describe hardware components or software components that are configured to operate on the IT network. Machine learning techniques can be employed determine whether a CI has been changed (e.g., added, updated, or removed) in the IT network. For example, a software code or a log message associated with a CI can be analyzed to determine whether the CI is a newly added or updated within the IT network.Type: GrantFiled: November 9, 2023Date of Patent: December 24, 2024Assignee: United Services Automobile Association (USAA)Inventors: Donald Nelson Berg, David Owens, James Austin Adams, Thomas Alexander Hoffman

Patent number: 11832924Abstract: Methods for dynamically evaluating blood flow are provided. The method may include injecting Indocyanine Green (ICG) into the bloodstream of a patient, such that the ICG perfuses into a tissue of the patient. ICG images of the tissue may be recorded and stored, such that a user may select a range of stored ICG images. Data indicative of the selected range of stored ICG images is automatically normalized and background-filtering, and a dynamic representation of the ICG perfusion may be generated as a function of time based on the normalized and filtered data. As such, a clinical decision may be made based on the dynamic representation of the ICG perfusion.Type: GrantFiled: February 1, 2018Date of Patent: December 5, 2023Assignee: The Regents of the University of CaliforniaInventors: Shanglei Liu, Santiago Horgan, David Owens

Patent number: 11777801Abstract: An information technology (IT) network includes configuration items (CIs) that may constantly change, where the CIs describe hardware components or software components that are configured to operate on the IT network. A system comprising a server can determine a change associated with a CI, send, to a configuration management database (CMDB), a message that updates the CMDB based on the determined change associated with the CI, determine, for the CI, a monitor configuration that describes one or more variables and corresponding one or more parameters with which the CI is to be monitored, and send the CI with the monitor configuration to a plurality of monitoring software tools operating on a plurality of servers, where each monitoring software tool is configured to monitor the CI based on the monitor configuration.Type: GrantFiled: September 13, 2022Date of Patent: October 3, 2023Assignee: United Services Automobile Association (USAA)Inventors: Donald Nelson Berg, David Owens, James Austin Adams, Thomas Alexander Hoffman

Patent number: 11628964Abstract: An appliance is provided that is able to vacuum and heat seal plastic bag members containing liquids such as sauces and soups. The appliance may take on a uniquely shaped profile to allow the liquid to sit upright within a bag during the vacuuming process. The appliance also preferably includes a pressure sensor to constantly monitor pressure inside of the bag during the vacuum and sealing process. This may help to prevent liquid from being sucked up and into the appliance.Type: GrantFiled: April 15, 2021Date of Patent: April 18, 2023Assignee: Sunbeam Products, Inc.Inventors: David Owens, Chan Wing Cheuk, Poon Chi Kwong
