The storage cabinet also includes a storage bin having a first side and a second side. The storage bin is removably positionable within the cavity such that the first side of the storage bin is retained within the cavity by a flange of the frame extending from the first side of the frame toward the second side of the frame, and the second side of the storage bin is adjacent the second side of the frame. The storage cabinet further includes a lock coupled to the base adjacent the second side of the frame. The lock selectively engages the second side of the storage bin to secure the storage bin in the cavity.
