  • Patent number: 12362065
Abstract: A medical data management system is provided that facilitates expedited review of health data for patient care. The medical data management system includes devices for collecting the health data, associating the health data with health events, optimizing storage of health data, and displaying comprehensive patient data for efficient and rapid review. The system includes a medical monitoring device that uses sensors to acquire health data and logic to specify data blocks of the data that characterize health episodes. Data management device(s) stitch the data blocks according to timelines and store the stitched data blocks as a full episode. The stitched data blocks are rendered for display, as a data presentation with timelines and graphic representations.

  • Publication number: 20250195886
Abstract: A medical management system is provided that includes components to monitor a patient and manage vagus nerve stimulation (VNS), such as transcutaneous VNS (tVNS). Patient data indicating patient parameters are captured by sensors of a wearable device intended for long-term wear by the patient. The resulting patient data are analyzed to gain information on the treatment and aspects of the person that may facilitate a closed loop treatment system to make adjustments, such as changes to timing factors for treatments, as well as making comprehensive decisions about treatment plans, such as foregoing one modality of treatment for another, discontinuing treatment, or augmenting with additional types of treatment.

  • Patent number: 12329973
Abstract: A Wearable Medical System (WMS) includes one or more pacing capabilities. The WMS may detect when the patient's heart rhythm starts to deteriorate, but not necessarily in a way that requires defibrillation. In particular, the WMS may detect bradycardia of one or more types, and then confirm the detection before pacing to treat the detected bradycardia.

  • Publication number: 20250152951
Abstract: A wearable cardioverter defibrillator (WCD) system includes a support structure that the patient may wear, and one or more sensors that may acquire patient physiological signals, such as ECG and others. A processor of the WCD system may determine diagnostics from the patient physiological signals. These diagnostics include a six-second ECG portion, heart rates as histograms, heart rates against QRS width, heart rate trends, clinical event counters, diagnostics relating to heart rate variability and about the atrial arrhythmia burden of the patient. In some embodiments, the WCD system includes a user interface with a screen that displays these diagnostics. • Patent number: 12226646
Abstract: In embodiments, a Wearable Cardiac Defibrillator (WCD) system is configured to be worn by an ambulatory patient. The WCD system includes a main user interface (UI) output device that can output an image, sound or vibration as a main message about a condition of the patient or the WCD system. The patient may further carry a peripheral device that can also output an image, sound or vibration as a peripheral message about the condition. The peripheral message may mirror the main message at least in part, amplify it, and so on. The availability of the peripheral message provides the patient with the opportunity to better perceive the main message, and the flexibility to receive and react to it discreetly, learn more about the condition, and so on.
