Abstract: A system for tracking sales activity and enhancing customer relationships comprising at least one processor, data storage connected to the processor, at least one input device connected to the data storage and processor, a clock means for generating a time record, and computer instructions for: receiving and tracking sales commitments and individual sales data by sales account code and time, tracking the steps of the sales process, tracking total and average time spent with each customer, providing a logical comparison between sales data and steps of the sales process using a discrete event modeling and simulation method to monitor and forecast sales, providing an alarm to at least one client device when sales data reflects sales occurring below sale commitments, and providing customer data relating to an event that brought the customer, items viewed, amount of sales per customer, the customer's address, and reasons for inconclusive sale.
