  • Patent number: 11708515
Abstract: The invention relates to an adhesive dual-component composition based on polyurethane, comprising an —NCO component and an —OH component such that: the —NCO component is a composition comprising: A) at least one polyurethane prepolymer comprising at least two NCO terminal groups obtained by the polyaddition reaction of at least one dissymmetric diisocyanate monomer and at least one diol, and B) at least one triisocyanate selected from isocyanurates, biurets, diisocyanate and triol adducts, and the mixtures thereof; the —OH component is a composition comprising at least one polyol; at least one of the polyols or diols is selected from polyether polyols (or polyether diols); at least one of the polyols or diols is selected from polyester polyols (or polyester diols); and the weight ratio of the quantity of polyether polyol(s) to the quantity of polyester polyol(s), defined as r4, ranges from 0.6 to 2.2.

  • Publication number: 20220204825
Abstract: A solvent-based two-component polyurethane-type adhesive composition comprises an —OH component and an —NCO component. The —OH component comprises an amorphous prepolymer including two —OH end groups, with a number-average molar mass Mn of 8000 to 12, 000 g and is chosen from: a) a copolyester (A1) obtained by a polycondensation reaction of at least one aliphatic diol (i) with at least one aromatic diacid (ii) and at least one aliphatic diacid (iii); and b) a polyurethane (A2) obtained by a polyaddition reaction between an aliphatic diisocyanate compound and an amorphous copolyester diol with a number-average molecular weight Mn ranging from 4000 to 11 500 g/mol. The —NCO component comprises a compound (B1) including three —NCO end groups, obtained by the reaction of meta-xylylene diisocyanate (m-XDI) with a triol, said compound (B1) being alone or as a mixture with a compound (B2) derived from an aliphatic diisocyanate.

  • Patent number: 11352531
Abstract: 1) Two-component polyurethane-based adhesive composition comprising an —NCO component and an —OH component, such that: the —NCO component is obtained by polyaddition between MDI and a composition of polyols comprising a polyether diol and a polyether triol, in an —NCO/—OH molar equivalent ratio of between 2.5 and 6.5; the —OH component is obtained by polyaddition between MDI and a composition of polyols with a functionality of 2 comprising an aliphatic polyester diol, a partially aromatic polyester diol and an aliphatic polyether diol, in an —NCO/—OH molar equivalent ratio of between 0.05 0.50; the amounts of the —NCO and —OH components being such that the —NCO/—OH molar equivalent ratio is within a range extending from 1.5 to 1.7. 2) Multilayer film comprising 2 thin layers of material linked to one another by a continuous layer constituted by said crosslinked adhesive composition. 3) Process for preparing said film and use thereof in the manufacture of flexible packagings.
