Abstract: An electronic medical second opinion system. Medical professionals of various specialties are electronically connected to provide opinions on a specific medical problem. A member may post a request for second opinions in a standard form, and other members may respond by submitting their suggestions in standard form. The submitted suggestions are analyzed statically and are summarized into a final second opinion based on the statistical analysis.

Abstract: Methods and electronic device system for effective disposing attentions among large number of attention seekers. A server system that registers attention seekers' requests, votes and/or monetary bids, ranks the requests according the statistics of the received votes or bids and personal interest of the attention giver. The requests of the higher ranks are selected for attention of the attention giver.
