  • Publication number: 20240084452
Abstract: A tray for a vaporization vessel that includes a tray having a side wall, a bottom plate, one or more apertures that extend through the bottom plate, and a duct that extends through and from the bottom plate. The tray configured to support a solid reagent to be vaporized. A method of assembling the tray that includes forming a first tray that has the side wall and the bottom plate. A vaporization vessel that includes one or more of the trays.

  • Patent number: 7342657
Abstract: The present disclosure provides for a device, as well as a system and method associated therewith, for, among other things, providing: (i) up to five distinct measurement angles along with an illumination reference channel; (ii) a plurality of illumination sources that provide a focused beam of illumination at specific desired angles of incidence to a sample under target; (iii) a shutter mechanism incorporating a calibration transfer standard; (iv) an internal optical system that is operatively associated with a gimbaled structure suitable to allow vertical and angular conformity to a target sample; and (v) a handheld and operated enclosure incorporating a user interface with a visual display unit complete with interactive navigation means and an activation switch, and a number of surface detecting contact elements operatively associated with the optical system and shutter mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20020018203
Abstract: A spectrophotometer measures the color properties of a sample by illuminating the sample with a light source. One or more light beams are sensed by an active pixel diode array where each of the beams are sensed by a different array of diodes in the active pixel sensor. Each of the diode arrays are formed on the same substrate by a CMOS process such that each diode array is automatically aligned to each other during formation. Subsequent mechanical alignment is, thus, eliminated.
