    Abstract: An agricultural harvester includes a harvester reel with a plurality of pickup tines spaced along a length thereof, and at least one in situ conversion tine. Each conversion tine includes an elongate hollow body having a cavity with an open proximal end. The hollow body is positioned over the pickup tine such that the pickup tine extends through the proximal end and is received within the cavity. At least one fastener adjacent the proximal end fastens the hollow body over the pickup tine. At least one lateral extension extends from the hollow body in a lateral direction along the length of the harvester reel.

    Abstract: For assembling the locking collar of a conventional eccentric locking collar bearing assembly, an elongated driver tool holds the locking collar for threading over a shaft and into engagement with the bearing inner race and initial hand-tightening. Final tightening is by an impact wrench engaging a drive socket in the free end of the tool.
