    Abstract: An incendiary device such as a grenade includes a fuze; a fuze bushing operatively connected to the fuze; a first plate snap fit to the fuze bushing; a delay column pressed into the first plate; a drag adapter partially surrounding the fuze bushing and contacting a top of the first plate; a burster tube operatively connected to the first plate; a second plate operatively connected to the burster tube; and a housing body screw fit to the first plate and the second plate and surrounding the burster tube, wherein the first plate and the second plate are epoxied to the housing body and the burster tube, wherein the fuze is configured to initiate causing gases and sparks to be released between the fuze bushing and the first plate, wherein the gases and sparks increases a pressure causing the fuze and the fuze bushing to be ejected from the housing body.

A parts by weight composition of the thermate component consists of 20.59% strontium nitrate Gr A, 48.04% black iron oxide Gr B, 17.57% aluminum Gr D Cl 5, 9.88% aluminum Gr E Cl 6, 1.96% sulfur Gr E, and 1.96% polyacrylic rubber, and a parts by weight composition of the ignition component consists of 66% potassium nitrate, 11% titanium, 8% aluminum, 6% silicon, 2% sulfur, 5% charcoal, and 2% polyacrylic rubber.

    Abstract: A high performance door comprising a door shell having a generally planar construction with marginal edges and at least one door skin helping to define an interior door cavity and a door member disposed within the interior door cavity is disclosed. The door member is preferably constructed of a gas-entrained cementitious material and has a compressive strength of at least about 30 lbf/in2 when measured using ASTM C-39. A method for forming a door member for use in construction with the door generally comprising: providing a door shell, placing the door shell in a fixture, filling the interior door cavity with a gas-entrained cementitious material, green-strength curing the gas-entrained cementitious material, and removing the door shell from the fixture is disclosed. The cured gas-entrained cementitious material provides a gas-entrained cementitious core for use in conjunction with a door.
