  • Patent number: 11117016
Abstract: It is provided an apparatus for training a person's lower and/or upper extremities, comprising at least two motion elements which are arranged on a base element, wherein the motion elements each have an axis of rotation around which an actuating element can be moved. The motion elements each are independently movable relative to the base element about a first axis of movement, wherein the first axis of movement extends substantially perpendicular to an extension surface of the base element. Each motion element has a separate drive in order to rotate the actuating elements about the axis of rotation, and that the apparatus includes a control element which can individually actuate each drive in order to provide for a movement of each drive independent of a movement of another drive.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: September 14, 2021
    Assignee: TYROMOTION GMBH

  • Patent number: 10070806
Abstract: Position sensor having a holder, a force measuring device permanently connected to the holder, and a winding device, which is permanently connected to the force measuring device and has a drive having an electric motor. Winding device is configured to unwind and wind a cable and to determine an unwinding length of the cable. Guide device permanently connected to the holder has a centering device for passing through the cable, an outlet apparatus which is mounted on universal joints and is intended to pass through the cable with a variable direction, and a position sensor for determining an angular position of the outlet apparatus. Position sensor is set up to determine position of a predetermined point of the cable relative to holder on the basis of determined angular position and unwinding length.

  • Patent number: PP15225
Abstract: The ‘P30-135’ rootstock is an interspecific hybrid rootstock Prunus saliciana×P. persica, developed for use as a clonal commercial rootstock under peach and nectarine cultivars. Propagation of this stock has been successfully accomplished from hardwood cuttings. The ‘P30-135’ has the characteristic of imparting a substantial degree of vigor control to the scion cultivar that has been propagated upon it. This type of growth-controlling rootstock allows for the reduction of the height of orchard trees without compromising the quality of the fruit borne upon the tree. Size reduction of commercial orchard trees increases the efficiency of various cultural operations such as pruning, thinning and harvesting by reducing the need for workers in the field to carry and climb tall ladders.

  • Patent number: PP15228
Abstract: The ‘K146-43’ rootstock is an inter-specific hybrid rootstock, useful primarily as a commercial understock for peach and nectarine cultivars. The stock has been successfully propagated clonally by hardwood cuttings. This rootstock imparts a substantial degree of vigor control to the scion cultivar that is propagated on top of it. The utilization of adapted growth controlling rootstocks in commercial orchard situations reduces the height of the individual orchard tree without compromising the quality of the fruit. This in turn increases the efficiency of various cultural operations such as pruning, thinning and harvesting by reducing the need for workers in the field to use tall ladders when carrying out these operations.
