  • Patent number: 11880383
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for notarized communication between platform systems is provided. A first data object is notarized by storing a first root hash value at a blockchain network. The first root hash value is notarized in response to a transaction request received through a first notarization interface instantiated at a first platform system. A subscription for the first platform system is established to provide notification events in relation to a second data object. The first root hash value comprises an object reference to a second root hash value for the second data object. A notification event is sent for the second data object to the first platform system, comprising a third root hash value of a third data object associated with the second data object. The third data objects is notarized at the blockchain network by the second platform system through a second notarization interface.

  • Publication number: 20220000319
Abstract: A shower-screen retraction system (10) for providing a temporary, self-retracting and self-cleaning barrier for a bath or a shower, comprises a screen-mounting support member (12) having a biasing means (26) and a housing (19). A screen (16) has a first screen end (62a), associated with the screen-mounting support member (12), and a second screen and (62b) opposite to the first screen end (62a). The housing (19) is an irregular polygon in cross-section into accomodate a screen-wiper (46) whilst optimising an internal volume to avoid impingement of the screen (16) once furled.

  • Patent number: 11201747
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for federated data management between partner systems is provided. A hash structure is generated for a first data object and includes a first root hash value. The hash structure maps properties of the first data object with corresponding visibility levels for the first data object. The first root hash value is notarized to store the first root hash value in a blockchain network. A request is received to share data for the first data object from a first partner system to a second partner system. The first partner system determines the data to be shared with the second partner system based on a visibility criteria defined in relation to the first data object and the second partner system. The data and a hash proof for the data for verification of authenticity of the data is shared with the second partner system.

  • Publication number: 20060106417
Abstract: A filter delivery device for implanting a vessel filter within a blood vessel of a patient's body. The filter delivery device includes a mechanism for preventing hooks and/or legs on a vessel filter from entangling with each other while the vessel filter is loaded within the delivery device. In one variation, the filter delivery device includes a delivery catheter with grooves at the distal end lumen opening. When a vessel filter with radially expanding legs is compressed and inserted into the distal end of the delivery catheter, the hooks on the distal end of the legs are received and separated by the corresponding grooves on the delivery catheter. In another variation, a pusher rod, with a receptacle for receiving the hooks, is positioned within a delivery catheter to prevent the entanglement of the hooks and/or legs of a filter loaded within the delivery catheter.

  • Publication number: 20050039587
Abstract: A cleaning device for a continuous loop band blade food processing machine. A pair of scrapers is positioned on, and seated against, opposite sides of the blade for scraping matter from the blade as it passes between the scrapers. The scrapers are biased against the blade. The upper scraper has an axis that is transverse to the blade's axis, and the blade can be removed by loosening the screw attaching the upper scraper and pivoting the scraper about the screw. The edge of the upper scraper is transverse to the blade's axis to cause scraped matter to flow toward a deflector panel that guides air and scraped matter into a vacuum inlet which is positioned near the edges of each scraper.

  • Patent number: 4040796
Abstract: Disclosed is an artificial firelog comprised of a flammable body typically formed of a particulate wood and wax mixture preferably with salts added for flame color. In a preferred embodiment, by a coextrusion process, a groove is formed along the outer surface of the body and extends substantially its entire length. The groove is filled with gelled starter fuel. The log is preferably formed with at least one substantially flattened side with the gelled fuel filled groove located just above the flattened side whereby the log can be situated with its flattened side on the fireplace grate or andirons and the gelled fuel filled groove located along the lower preferably front, face of the log thereby facilitating the log's fast lighting characteristics. The log is provided with an over-wrapper having an inner low or medium density polyethylene coating and which over-wrapper is heat sealed about the log. When lighting, the over-wrapper is initially lit and this also ignites the gelled fuel.
