Abstract: A system provides a plurality of secondary users with an interview. The system comprises a questionnaire provided by a primary user, wherein the questionnaire includes a plurality of questions. A predefined weighting function is associated with the questions. The system further comprises a server operatively coupled with the secondary users for providing the questionnaire to the plurality of secondary users for performing the interview. A memory is associated with the server for storing results of the interview. The system further comprises a processor associated with the server for applying the predefined weighting function to the results of the interview for calculating a secondary user score, wherein if the secondary user score meets predefined criteria the secondary user proceeds to a second interview stage.
