Abstract: Described are various embodiments of an ultrasonic structural health monitoring device, system and method. In one embodiment, an ultrasonic structural health monitoring device is described to monitor a structure. The device comprises a bottom electrode disposable on the structure; a piezoelectric medium disposed on the bottom electrode; a top electrode disposed on the piezoelectric medium; an acoustic insulation layer; and a connector to bring electrical excitation for the piezoelectric medium and to collect a generated electric response therefrom representative of structural health.

Abstract: Methods and systems for determining a change in condition of a rock bolt. Some methods may comprise, at a first point in time, propagating shear and longitudinal ultrasonic waves along the rock bolt to measure a first time of flight for each of the shear and longitudinal waves, at a second point in time after the first point in time, propagating shear and longitudinal ultrasonic waves along the rock bolt to measure a second time of flight for each of the shear and longitudinal waves, and using the relative changes of the first and second time of flights, determining the change in condition of the rock bolt section.

Containers that are filled with liquid and a method of making the containers are also described.

Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus for a golf club and training device. The golf club may be approved for on the course play by the United States Golf Association (USGA). An embodiment of a training device for a golf club includes a handle having a grip where the handle is coupled to a golf club head. The head has an internal alignment device and may include a contact plate, a top plate and a bottom plate. The top plate has a first upper surface including a top alignment marking and the bottom plate has a second upper surface including a bottom alignment marking. The top plate may include an attachment aperture for attaching an external alignment device. The external alignment device may include a laser, an alignment guide, a weight, or the like.

Abstract: A system and associated method for gathering data necessary for exchanging a product between at least two partners. Each partner in said at least two partners resides in a different country. The method provides for gathering information regarding the product being exchanged and more specifically a delivery location, a returning date and returning location if the product is being returned to said sending partner, a single valuation for said product being exchanged, a lot number for said product, clean-room requirements for said receiving partners, a product history, and a genealogy of said product being exchanged. After collecting the information, the method formats said information according to the specific receiving partner's requirements. The method further determines the appropriate method of transmission according to each receiving partner's requirements. Finally, the method sends each receiving partner their specifically formatted version of the information regarding the product being exchanged.
