  • Patent number: 10921376
Abstract: A sensor apparatus (10) for monitoring at least one battery cell (20) of a battery system (100), having a sensor element (11) for detecting at least one state variable of the battery cell (20), at least one electrically and/or thermally conductive connecting element (12) connected to the sensor element (11) so that the sensor element can be connected to the battery cell (20) and to an electronic unit (30) of the battery system (100), wherein the connecting element (12) is formed as a flexible printed circuit board (12).

  • Publication number: 20190190426
Abstract: The invention relates to a method (300) and a device (170) for reducing mechanical loads in a powertrain (100). An electric machine (130) is provided as the drive assembly of the powertrain (100), and an inverter (110) is provided in order to output a multiphase output voltage for supplying the electric machine (130). The method (300) has the following steps: determining (320) the multiphase output voltage (UA) for operating the electric machine (130); adding (340) a specifiable voltage (VU) and the specified output voltage (UA); and outputting (350) the sum (SU) of the multiphase output voltage (UA) and the specifiable voltage (VU) in order to supply the electric machine (130).

  • Patent number: 8130381
Abstract: An optical fiber probe for an optical measuring device having a mechanical receptacle into which an optical fiber is inserted, having a fiber end piece which projects over the mechanical receptacle and is designed for guiding a measuring beam onto a measuring object. In the area of the fiber end piece and/or in the area of the mechanical receptacle, the optical fiber is provided, at least regionally, with coating that stabilizes it. The coating provides the fiber end piece with improved mechanical stability and reduced tendency to vibrate, making it possible to make it substantially longer than without the coating.

  • Patent number: 8077323
Abstract: An optical fiber probe for an interferometric measuring device having a mechanical receptacle into which an optical fiber is inserted, having a fiber end piece which projects over the mechanical receptacle and contains optical components for guiding a measuring beam onto a measuring object, and having a reflection zone situated in the fiber for partial reflection of a light beam guided in the fiber. The reflection zone is situated in the fiber end piece. A method for manufacturing such an optical fiber probe. The fiber is separated at a predefined point, a partially reflecting coating is applied to at least one of the separation sites, and the two fiber parts are subsequently reconnected. The optical fiber probes may thus be manufactured with a long fiber end piece, which makes it possible to interferometrically measure deep cavities having a small diameter.

  • Patent number: 7522793
Abstract: A device for coupling beam guides of optical systems for unidirectional or bidirectional transmission of beams via a beam transition between the optical systems is provided, the device having a connecting device and mechanical centering means. The connecting device provides a magnetic coupling for implementing a coupling connection in a coupling area. The centering means are situated opposite one another on the optical systems and coupled in such a way to cause the beam guides to self-center due to the attraction caused by the magnetic forces.
