  • Publication number: 20170200138
Abstract: A transaction management system comprises a communication interface; a storage unit; a quantity determination unit and an account update unit. The system receives transaction requests for products via the communication interface, the quantity determination unit determines if the number of transaction requests received for a product exceeds a predetermined value, and if so the account update unit updates account data of one or more users that have previously made transaction requests for the product. Accordingly, historic account data can be updated based on the number of transaction requests received.

  • Publication number: 20070016429
Abstract: In the implementation of a production process, event data corresponding to a parent event that has triggered an executable business process that has failed is logged. The event data is displayed to a user. Responsive to input from the user, a child event based on the event data is generated, and the child event is submitted to a process engine to initiate re-execution of the executable business process in accordance with the child event.

  • Publication number: 20060212823
Abstract: A system for graphically and dynamically configuring an assembly line having process points where events can be triggered, includes: a service configurator for configuring services including imported Web Services; and a process configurator for configuring processes to be implemented in response to triggered events at the process points, wherein each of the processes comprises a sequenced list of the services to be invoked in response to the triggered event.

  • Publication number: 20060212855
Abstract: In methods, systems and computer program products for implementing a production process, metadata is received from a configuration system. The metadata represents a production process. An executable application file is dynamically created based on the metadata. The executable application file includes an executable business process.

  • Publication number: 20060020357
Abstract: Under the present invention, a GUI is provided that allows an assembly line to be both graphically and dynamically configured. In general, the GUI allows a designer or the like to “graphically” configure: a hierarchy of categories representing the assembly line; the process points along the assembly line; the different events that can be triggered at the process points; the actions that are taken in response to the events; the processes (sequences of actions) for the events; and the input parameters for the events and the actions. In a typical embodiment, the GUI is maintained on a system that is separate from the central computer controlling the assembly line.

  • Patent number: 4925129
Abstract: A missile defence system for guiding a sub-projectile to intercept and destroy a target includes a radar tracker to acquire and track the target, predictor means for determining the predicted track of the target, and a guided projectile for being guided onto a rear reciprocal track of the target. The guided projectile includes an optical tracker for acquiring and tracking the target at relatively small distances and a sub-projectile for being guided onto the line of sight connecting the optical tracker and the target thereby to intercept and destroy the target.

  • Patent number: 4721270
Abstract: In automatic command to line of sight guidance systems, the missile and target are tracked remotely and a guidance computer processes the tracking data to provide a guidance command for the missile. In such systems, the target and missile must be visible but when the angular subtense of the missile flare is greater than that of the target, the target is totally obscured by the flare when the missile is on sightline leading to the erroneous guidance commands. Described herein is a system in which the obscuration of the target by the missile flare is reduced by guiding the missile along a trajectory displaced from the sightline until the target subtense is the same size as that of the missile.
