  • Patent number: 11741529
Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable medium is configured to store instructions executable by one or more processors to perform operations including independently processing, by each of a first processor and a second processor, audio data relating to one or more orders, determining whether the first processor has supplied a first indication to perform first language processing of the audio data, and selecting a result of second language processing of the audio data from the second processor in response to determining that the first system has not supplied the first indication. The first processor is configured to perform one or more of the first language processing, first transcription processing, or first entity recognition processing. The second processor is configured to perform one or more of second language processing of higher quality than the first language processing, second transcription processing of lower quality than the first transcription processing, or second entity recognition processing.

  • Publication number: 20230187813
Abstract: Systems and methods for AI assisted analysis of a user experience study are provided. A study objective (a goal of the study) and data relating to all possible navigation routes within a digital interface are received. Simulated clickstreams for navigating from any state of the digital interface to the study objective are generated. This simulated clickstream data is then used to train one or more machine learning models to determine a most efficient path to achieve the study objective from any state of the digital interface. Subsequently, study results from many different participants is received. Key events are then identified within the study results. Additionally, the likelihood of failure for each of the plurality of study results is predicted using the machine learning model, and information density of the plurality of study results is determined.

  • Publication number: 20230062201
Abstract: Implementations described herein are directed to enabling collaborative ranking of interpretations of spoken utterances based on data that is available to an automated assistant and third-party agent(s), respectively. The automated assistant can determine first-party interpretation(s) of a spoken utterance provided by a user, and can cause the third-party agent(s) to determine third-party interpretation(s) of the spoken utterance provided by the user. In some implementations, the automated assistant can select a given interpretation, from the first-party interpretation(s) and the third-party interpretation(s), of the spoken utterance, and can cause a given third-party agent to satisfy the spoken utterance based on the given interpretation.

  • Patent number: 11575992
Abstract: A system and method for routing the audio output from a selected one of a plurality of independent audio sources to an audio system for amplification/playback; the routing being based upon the movement of a user's head, and in particular the user's line-of-sight inferred from the movement. The invention employs a spatial mapping of the plurality of audio sources and routes the respective audio output of each of the sources to the audio amplification/playback system upon making the determination that the user's line-of-sight is being directed to a particular one of the audio sources.

  • Publication number: 20220237286
Abstract: An anti-exploitation application identifies and prevents a malicious action from occurring on a client. To do so, a monitoring system instantiated on the kernel of the operating system of the client. The monitoring system stores information describing actions taken by the processor. When the monitoring system detects a triggering action, it sends the triggering action to the anti-exploitation application to determine whether the triggering action is an exploitation action. The anti-exploitation application accesses an evidence set for the triggering action and its related actions. The anti-exploitation application generates an execution hierarchy defining the hierarchical relationships between the triggering action and its related actions and tests the hierarchy against a ruleset of grammatically structured rules. If a grammatically structured rule in the ruleset indicates that the triggering action is an exploitation action, the anti-exploitation application takes a prevention action.

  • Publication number: 20210346073
Abstract: The present invention discloses a cable passer device and method for placement of a cerclage cable for internal fixation of bone. The device comprises a cannulated body including a proximal end, a straight portion, an arcuate portion, and a distal end. The straight portion extends from the proximal end, and the arcuate portion extends from the straight portion and ends at the distal end of the cannulated body. A continuous groove extends from the proximal end to the distal end through the straight portion and the arcuate portion of the cannulated body. The groove extends radially along an internal diameter of the cannulated body. An opening of the groove facilitates to receive the cerclage cable therein. The width of the opening remains the same throughout an entire length of the continuous groove. The groove includes varying angle to facilitate unimpeded movement of cerclage cable therethrough.

  • Publication number: 20210345529
Abstract: Thermoplastic compounds in the form of a pellet include thermoplastic resin and conductive fibers. The conductive fibers are enveloped by the thermoplastic resin and distributed within the pellet such that each of at least a portion of the conductive fibers is substantially surrounded by the thermoplastic resin and thereby substantially separated from physical contact with any other of the conductive fibers. Additionally, at least a portion of the conductive fibers includes long fibers. The thermoplastic compound, when molded at a thickness of about 3.2 mm, has an electromagnetic shielding effectiveness across a range of frequencies from about 0.5 GHz to about 2.0 GHz of at least about 60 dB according to ASTM D4935, which makes the thermoplastic compound useful for molding thermoplastic articles for shielding against electromagnetic interference.

  • Patent number: 11153196
Abstract: An autonomous controller for SDN, virtual, and/or physical networks can be used to optimize a network automatically and determine new optimizations as a network scales. The controller trains models that can determine in real-time the optimal path for the flow of data from node A to B in an arbitrary network. The controller processes a network topology to determine relative importance of nodes in the network. The controller reduces a search space for a machine learning model by selecting pivotal nodes based on the determined relative importance. When a demand to transfer traffic between two hosts is detected, the controller utilizes an AI model to determine one or more of the pivotal nodes to be used in routing the traffic between the two hosts. The controller determines a path between the two hosts which comprises the selected pivotal nodes and deploys a routing configuration for the path to the network.

  • Patent number: 11037033
Abstract: A multivariate clustering-based anomaly detector can generate an event for consumption by an APM manager that indicates detection of an anomaly based on multivariate clustering analysis after topology-based feature selection. The anomaly detector accumulates time-series data across a series of time instants to form a multivariate time-series data slice or multivariate data slice. The anomaly detector then performs multivariate clustering analysis with the multivariate data slice. The anomaly detector determines whether a multivariate data slice is within a cluster of multivariate data slices. If the multivariate data slice is within the cluster and the cluster is a known anomaly cluster, then the anomaly detector generates an anomaly detection event indicating detection of the known anomaly. The anomaly detector can also determine that a multivariate data slice is within an unknown cluster and generate an event indicating detection of an unknown anomaly.
