  • Patent number: 11914761
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to create training data, validate, deploy and test artificial intelligence (AI) systems in a virtual development environment, incorporating virtual spaces, objects, machinery, devices, subsystems, and actual human action and behavior.

  • Patent number: 10037676
Abstract: A system and method for monitoring and screening individuals subject to voluntary or mandatory personal conduct restrictions, such as prohibitions on alcohol and drug use, as well as geographic travel limitations using remote wireless communications and smartphone technology. A computer software program, including a Client Module and a downloadable Subject Module is preferably provided as part of the system to facilitate the execution of the method. Biometric verification of the Subject's identity is achieved via wireless communication from the subject to the Client. A comparison of a first facial photograph obtained from the subject in a known, non- impaired condition with a current facial photograph obtained from the subject and wirelessly transmitted to the client provides a basis for determining a probability of cognitive impairment. GPS data obtained from the Subject's smartphone enables compliance with travel requirements.

  • Patent number: 6179074
Abstract: An ice shanty mover includes a frame on which a motor and traction wheel are mounted. A series of chains and gears connect the traction wheel to the motor such that the traction wheel rotates when the motor is activated. A control cable extends forwardly from the motor to allow a user to control the speed of the motor while walking in front of the ice shanty. A front plate on the ice shanty mover engages a skirt on the ice shanty and pushes against the skirt causing the shanty to move. Steering is accomplished by a tow rope attached to either the shanty or the shanty mover.

  • Patent number: 5212383
Abstract: A color synthesizing scanning electron microscope having a scanning primary beam of electrons directed toward a specimen, is configured to produce color images of high information content. The microscope comprises at least two wide energy bandwidth secondary electron detectors, arranged around the specimen at predetermined variable angles, for receiving electron emission from the specimen subsequent to incidence of the scanning primary electron beam. The wide energy bandwidth secondary detectors detect electrons with trajectory or positional differences and convert the positional differences to signals for synthesizing color. The signals from the wide energy bandwidth secondary electron detectors are combined to generate signals representative of different colors. Additional signals representing a difference between any two input signals from the wide energy bandwidth secondary detectors can also be generated.
