Abstract: A visited network receives communication context from a home distributed ledger node in a home network and stores the communication context in a visited distributed ledger node in the visited network. The home distributed ledger node and the visited distributed ledger node comprise a distributed ledger that is shared by the home network and the visited network. To serve a User Equipment (UE) that is visiting from the home network, the visited network retrieves the communication context for the home network from the visited distributed ledger node and exchanges network signaling with the home network based on the communication context. The visited network delivers a wireless data service to the UE that is visiting from the home network in response to the network signaling.

Abstract: An apparatus for anti-collision monitoring within a service environment is disclosed. The apparatus includes at least processor and a memory communicatively connected to the processor. The memory instructs the processor to identify a plurality of vehicle data associated with each vehicle of two or more vehicles from a first set of sensors. The memory instructs the processor to calculate a spacing metric for each vehicle as a function of the plurality of vehicle data. The target access node signals the wireless network core to establish new security context for the wireless UE responsive to the security policy. The wireless network core and the wireless UE establish new security context over the target access node. The wireless network core and the UE exchange additional user data over the target access node based on the new security context.

Abstract: A system for managing and controlling a network of distributed service units, comprising service units, each includes sensors, each configured to detect operational parameters, and a secondary control unit configured to generate unstructured inputs containing digital signals related to the detected operational parameters, and a remote primary control unit communicatively connected to the secondary control units of the service units, wherein the remote primary control unit is configured to communicate with the secondary control units to receive the generated unstructured inputs, process the unstructured inputs by aggregating the unstructured inputs.
