  • Patent number: 11913215
Abstract: A framework section having a connection region which is formed on the end face of at least one of its two ends. The connection region can be connected to the connection region of a further framework section. The framework section can include two upper chord sections and two lower chord sections, which extend parallel to one another in the longitudinal direction of the framework section and are connected to one another by connecting struts such that they define a cuboid space. The upper chord sections and the lower chord sections can have a tubular cross section, wherein the upper chord sections and the lower chord sections can also be configured to transition from the tubular cross section into an I-shaped cross section in the connection region.

  • Patent number: 11324343
Abstract: A modular panel mount strip for mounting a panel or piece of art to a wall comprising an elongate body and a magnet. The elongate body includes a magnet housing, a segmentation groove, and at least one interlocking feature. The magnet housing retains the magnet within the elongate body. The segmentation groove is located between a top edge of the elongate body and a bottom edge of the elongate body and can be structured and configured to be broken by human force without breaking other parts of the elongate body. The interlocking feature includes a hinged portion on a first end of the elongate body and/or a locking portion on an opposing end of the elongate body. The locking portion of a first modular panel mount strip can interlock with the hinged portion of a second modular panel mount strip, thereby creating an interlocking mechanism and lengthening the overall device.

  • Publication number: 20070089392
Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for retrieving soft objects with minimal stress to the back and adverse damage to the objects. The apparatus comprises a storage section, a gathering section, a rim and an elongated handle. The storage section is shaped like an open basket on its side and having a top and a bottom. The gathering section extends from the bottom of the storage section, comprises two barrier regions separated by a retaining region, and has a leading edge. The rim is attached at least to the leading edge. The handle projects upward from the top of the storage section at such an angle to permit a raking-like motion when collecting objects. Methods of using the apparatus are also disclosed. The invention offers several benefits over what has been known to the art. One advantage is that many soft objects can be gathered quickly with minimal stress to the back of the person doing the task. Another benefit is that soft objects can be gathered quickly with minimal damage to the objects.

  • Publication number: 20060160965
Abstract: Embodiments of our invention relate to processes for transitioning among polymerization catalyst systems including processes for transitioning among olefin polymerization reactions using Ziegler-Natta catalysts systems and chromium-based catalyst systems. Among embodiments contemplated are a method of transitioning from a first catalyst to a second catalyst in an olefin polymerization reactor, comprising: adding to the reactor a deactivating agent (DA) selected from one of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, or combinations thereof; adding to the reactor a cocatalyst adsorbing agent (CAA), comprising an inorganic oxide selected from one of silica, alumina or combinations thereof; wherein the first catalyst comprises at least one conventional Ziegler-Natta catalyst, and a cocatalyst, wherein the second catalyst comprises at least one chromium-based catalyst, wherein the reactor is a gas-phase, fluidized bed reactor, and wherein the CAA is substantially free of transition metals.
