The frame comprises transport members, such as wheels or sliding members, adapted to permit the article and frame to be moved when the frame is attached to the article. The frame may be adapted for attachment to a portable cooler comprising a foot opening and a handle opening, the pegs being adapted for insertion within the foot opening, the arm adapted for insertion within the handle opening. The crosspiece and arm may be adjustable in length. One or more frames may be attached to the portable cooler.
