  • Patent number: 12275249
Abstract: A sub-controller (20), controller (30), fluid supply system and apparatus for printing and a method for printing. Provided is a processor controlled sub-controller (20) for controlling the fluid pressure in one or more droplet ejection heads (60); wherein said controller (30) is configured to receive a droplet ejection head movement profile for each of said one or more droplet ejection heads (60), determine a respective induced fluid pressure profile at one or more predetermined locations for each of said one or more droplet ejection heads (60) using the respective droplet ejection head movement profile; and generate respective pressure correction data for each of said one or more droplet ejection heads based on the respective induced fluid pressure profile and a predetermined pressure window to be maintained at said one or more droplet ejection heads (60).

  • Publication number: 20200173656
Abstract: In one aspect there is provided a gas flare comprising a hollow cylindrical member having a bottom end, a top end, a discharge end at said top end, and defining an interior volume having a mixing region. The gas flare further comprises a gas inlet to receive waste fluids, an air inlet to receive and direct air into the interior volume, and an internal riser having an outlet. The mixing region is located above the air inlet and below the discharge end. The internal riser fluidly and sealably connects to the gas inlet and directs all waste fluids from the gas inlet, out through the outlet, into the mixing region.

  • Patent number: 6790367
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for separating and measuring solids from multi-phase well fluids. The apparatus comprises a separator; an upper solids level and a lower solids level sensor, both connected to the separator; a dump valve operatively connected to the separator; and a control module operatively connected to the dump valve to move the dump valve between an open and a closed position. The upper solids level sensor generates a first signal when the upper level of accumulated solids-within the separator reaches a pre-determined upper level. The lower solids level sensor generates a second signal when the upper level of accumulated solids within the separator reaches a predetermined lower level. The control module receives the first and second generated signals such that upon receipt of the first signal the control module causes the dump valve to open and upon receipt of the second signal the control module causes the dump valve to close.

  • Patent number: 5862859
Abstract: An improved side pocket mandrel having an orientation housing, which in turn has an orienting slot and guide surfaces integrally formed with the orientation housing. The orientation housing is preferably manufactured by machining out of a single piece of metal. The orientation housing is then welded onto the remainder of the side pocket mandrel.

  • Patent number: 5775442
Abstract: The drilling fluid returns from underbalanced drilling are introduced into a separator and a separate gas stream is recovered. The gas stream is cleaned at the well site to remove entrained liquid and particulate solids, to produce gas suitable to be fed to a compressor. The cleaned gas is compressed to re-injection pressure and recycled to the well.
