    Abstract: A ratchet rack for storing a plurality of ratchet binders comprising: a center section; a side section extending from each side of the center section; a mounting section perpendicularly extending from each side section, where said mounting section include a means to enable the mounting of the rack onto a truck or trailer frame; and an opening between the side sections, where said opening provides a means for the insertion of the plurality of ratchet binders. The ratchet rack may further include a security plate that covers the ratchet binders. The security plate may include a mounting plate, a top plate, a front plate and a hinge. The hinge joins the top plate and mounting plate and the front plate extends at a 90-degree angle from the top plate.

    Abstract: A system for providing a user with historical sales data for a plurality of vehicles comprising a fleet, the system comprising: (a) a database configured to store actual sales data for a plurality of vehicles that have previously been sold; and (b) a computer in communication with the database, the computer being configured to create a page for display to a user, the page including a display of a plurality of historical sales prices for at least one vehicle type that is similar to a user-selected vehicle type, wherein the displayed historical sales prices are calculated from the stored actual sales data and comprise historical sales prices for the at least one similar vehicle type that have been normalized to an average time of sale odometer reading.

    Abstract: An improved toggle assembly for use in a band-type clamping closure assembly such as provided on a textile kier or like pressure vessel for securing a lid or cover in place during operation. The toggle assembly includes a first pair of lugs affixed to one end of the clamping band in laterally spaced facing relation and a second pair of lugs affixed to the other band end in laterally spaced facing relation. A toggle body has a pair of laterally spaced arm portions each pivotably affixed to a respective one of the first lugs and a handle portion extending outwardly from the arm portions. An actuating link is affixed pivotably at one end to each of the arm portions of the toggle body intermediately of the handle portion and the location at which the arm portions are pivoted to the first lugs and is affixed pivotably at the opposite end to each of the second lugs.
